Since opening The Cookery in 2015, Chef Kevin Lane and his wife Stacey have been showcasing Alaska's bounty: fresh oysters delivered daily, locally farmed meats, produce sourced from the Kenai Peninsula, foraged finds, and fresh fish paired with wines from all over the world, and locals' favorite beers on tap.

The Cookery is open from 5-10pm Tuesday's through Sunday's and closed on Monday's during the summer season.  While
the building undergos construction this Fall and Winter, we can't help but be excited for the newly remodeled Cookery opening in the Summer of 2023. We anticipate a June opening and will update Facebook and Instagram as we make progress.

In 2019, the pair opened The Lone Chicharron Taqueria just down the street, bringing the flavors of Mexico to Seward's first taqueria. Check it out at 215 4th Avenue, Suite B.
